Causal-Realist Economics, for the Real World.

Toronto, ON

“It is no crime to be ignorant of economics, which is, after all, a specialized discipline and one that most people consider to be a ‘dismal science.’ But it is totally irresponsible to have a loud and vociferous opinion on economic subjects while remaining in this state of ignorance.”
— Murray Rothbard

The Ludwig von Mises Institute of Canada is excited to announce the first annual Rothbard University, a 3-day collection of lectures, courses, and engaged discourse about the Austrian school of economics, led by Drs. Walter Block, David Howden, Glenn Fox, and Douglas French. Read more at our Faculty page.

Rothbard University will be the first instructional program of its kind in Canada, and will be lead by a faculty made up of some of the most progressive and respected economics academics in the world.

Rothbard University will allow you to meet fellow-minded individuals, new friends and establish a network that you can draw on the rest of your life. Share your experiences and learn from others, all in the environment surrounded by like-minded aspiring Austrian economists. All accepted students will attend for free, including accommodations and meals.
